This school teaches a mix of brazilian jiu jitsu and karate kickboxing. The curriculum isnt very deep you could learn all the techniques they teach here in less then 6 months the kids class is better then the adult class. It is a better… read more »

They have great classes for little ones, my 3 year old loves his Little Lions class. They have fun and learn values like respect, perserverance, and always do your best. And the dogeball is great! read more »
