Crenshaw,
was
dedicated
on
February
26,
1977,
in
honor
of
Mr.
Masao
William
Satow.
Mr.
Satow
(1908-1976)
was
a
Japanese-American
of
monumental
distinction.
He
helped
in
the
shaping
of
the
lives
of
young
adults
in
the
community.
The
library
provides
services
to
the
residents
of
Gardena
and
the
surrounding
communities.
