  They fixed any problem in a timely manner and even laid new carpet and painted our apartment before we moved in. Only problem was the residence there. They are loud and it just seemed unsafe.

  Cottonwood apartments is a very nice, clean place to live. Pets are welcome. They have a great office & maintenance staff
