Marina
Foundation,
the
Board
of
Supervisors
and
the
County
of
Los
Angeles
Public
Library.
The
Marina
del
Rey
Library
was
renamed
the
Lloyd
Taber-Marina
del
Rey
Library
by
the
Board
of
Supervisors
in
recognition
of
the
main
donor
to
the
project.
Since
the
Marina
is
a
small
craft
harbor
used
for
recreational
purposes,
the
Lloyd
Taber-Marina
del
Rey
Library
has
developed
a
Nautical
Collection
to
serve
the
informational
needs
and
interests
of
small
boaters.
Facilities:
The
library
is
accessible
to
the
disabled
and
has
7,
443
square
feet
on
one
floor
with
a
reading
area
facing
the
harbor.
A
community
room
seating
48
is
available
for
use
by
the
public.
There
is
parking
adjacent
to
the
building.
