have
50
employees.
We
provide
both
ABLE
Library
and
ABLE
Bindery,
an
Internet
based
bindery
preparation
system.
Although
primarily
a
Library
Bindery,
we
offer
a
variety
of
other
binding
services.
We
produce
limited
edition
binding,
fine
leather
binding
and
restoration
of
rare
books
and
bibles.
We
make
a
variety
of
protective
devices:
phase
boxes,
clamshell
boxes,
slip
cases
and
specially
designed
containers.
We
offer
de-acidification
of
paper
and
Mylar
encapsulation.
Portfolios,
presentation
binders,
menu
covers,
scrapbooks,
gift
books
and
photo
albums
can
be
custom
designed
in
a
wide
selection
of
materials.
We
have
done
restoration
work
for
the
Special
Collections
of
university
and
public
libraries,
as
well
as
rare
book
dealers
and
individual
collectors.
We
have
restored
and
rebound
books
for
libraries
that
have
had
water,
fire
and
earthquake
damage.
We
believe
that
there
is
a
special
relationship
between
a
Library
and
its
Binder.
The
library
trusts
the
Binder
with
its
valuable
library
material,
which
is
its
life’s
blood.
We
also
believe
that
each
Library
has
a
personality
that
comes
from
the
people,
past
and
present,
who
have
set
the
policies,
the
nature
of
the
collection,
and
the
people
who
use
it.
It
is
the
job
of
the
Binder
to
learn
about
this

to
establish
a
good
communication

so
that
the
