to

about
Tae
Kwon
Do
have

regarding
the
many
different
aspects
of
the
art.
I
would
like
to
explain
the
philosophy
behind
my
Tae
Kwon
Do
school.
I
have
dedicated
almost
fourty-five
years
of
my
life
to
the
study
and
understanding
of
this
great
Korean
Martial
Art,
and
more
than
twenty-five
years
teaching
and
serving
in
this
area,
so
that
my
school
is
the
oldest
Tae
Kwon
Do
school
in
Rochester.
I
spend
a
lot
of
time
and
effort
helping
my
students
improve
and
enhance
themselves
as
human
beings.
This
means
physically,
spiritually
and
mentally.
I
have
seen
how
students,
over
a
period
of
time
have
dramatically
improved
under
my
guidance.
Physically
they
have
improved
their
health,
flexibility,
strength,
endurance
and
the
ability
to
defend
themselves.
Mentally
and
spiritually
they
have
developed
discipline,
respect,
confidence,
concentration,
and
focus.
They
have
seen
the
way
to
participate
honorably
in
society,
with
a
humble
mind.
They
have
learned
not
only
how
to
win
but
also
the
right
way
to
lose.
I
saw
so
many
aspects
of
a
person's
life
change
and
grow.
I
teach
all
of
my
students
why
we
need
to
have
a
humble
mind,
respect
for
family,
friends
and
seniors,
filial
duty
to
ones
parents,
honesty
between
friends
and
loyalty
to
our
country.
I
also
impress
upon
students
the
reasons
why
we
cannot
misuse
Tae
Kwon
Do
techniques.
I
do
not
teach
my
students
only
through
kicking
and
punching
but
also
use
old
stories
from
Korea
that
highlight
the
examples
of
life
lessons.
This
makes
these
important
lessons
easier
for
children
to
understand.
I
will
try
to
guide
you
through
this
website.
I
hope
everyone
will
share
with
me

great
