  Charter is just simply a terrible company. I could write a book...they ought to fire their executive staff and hire monkeys. I for one am going to cancel and go with satellite and dial-up if I have to. They want $110 Read more >

  I have never experienced customer service like this before! So horrible! If you have a chance pay the extra money if you have to and use someone else. When I called they said they couldn't schedule a hookup for at least Read more >

  Why can't I give zero stars? Charter oversells its bandwidth and in your contract you are only guaranteed functioning internet 60% of the time. Most of that time will be in the middle of the night when you aren't using it. Read more >
