  i went to the new JCP salon in camas,washington and it was the worst experience i have ever had. i was getting my eye brows waxed and the employee literally ripped all of the first layer off of my eye brows. Read more >

  I love the Olympia JC Penney salon. The stylist are friendly and great. I get the best deals on products, like half off!!!!! The front desk people helped me find a stylist who I will never leave, she knows how to Read more >
